Privacy Policy
Who we are
Gravity Algo (gravityalgo.in) is operated by [[LEGAL ENTITY]], [[ADDRESS]].
What we collect
Account details you give us at signup: name, email, mobile number (verified on WhatsApp), and your password in hashed form — or your Google account email if you sign in with Google.
Where you came from: when you first arrive through a link, we note the campaign tags in that link (for example utm_source), the website that sent you (its domain only) and the page you landed on, and save them with your account when you sign up.
Analytics cookies: only if you press Accept, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits to our public pages. If you press Reject, no analytics cookies are set. Before you choose, and after Reject, Google Analytics may still receive basic signals without cookies or identifiers (Google Consent Mode), which it uses only for modelled, aggregate counts. We tell Google Analytics when you reach four steps — signing up, connecting a broker, your first paper order and your first live order — by name only. We never send Google your trades, symbols, quantities, prices or profit and loss.
Broker connection: the credentials you give us to connect your broker are used only to place and track the orders you or your rules ask for.
Why
To run your account, to place your orders, to keep the service secure, and to learn which of our channels bring traders who find the product useful.
How long
Account data for as long as your account is open, and afterwards for as long as the law requires. Google Analytics data for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.
Who we share it with
Google (Google Analytics, only as described above) and your broker (to execute your orders). We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and change or withdraw analytics consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
Contact and grievances
Grievance officer: [[GRIEVANCE OFFICER]]. You can also write to us through the Contact page.
